Its a simple command in the shortcut settings. if you drop under 60 fps the game will slow down or lag, this depends on your computer. i tried this and comfirm that it works but you might have to change your graphic settings down a little so that you will be able to run at constant 60 fps. PROPER FIX FOR THE 30FPS LOCK!!! (without the double speed and speedhack which is crap).
